Managing invited user's permissions

Overview

As an admin level user, you can alter your team mate's permission levels on Momos any time! Don't worry, whether it's one outlet, or a whole brand, the process is fast and efficient.

Managing user permissions

In the "Manage Users" section of the "Settings Page", click on the "Manager Users" tab.

You will see the list of users that have been invited to your Momos.

Auto Copy Permissions to New Outlets

Toggle this "On" or "Off" to determine whether Momos will automatically replicate permission level for all future outlets added into this account.

Changing permissions individually

Clicking the down arrow button to the right will reveal a list of connected outlets and the permission levels of the account for each of these outlets.

You can manage the permission level of the account individually, and by module if you wish.

Bulk Changing User Outlet Permissions

In the case where you'd like to make changes to multiple outlets, you do not have to repeat the process every time!

You may set the permission level as desired for one outlet, and click the button on the left of the outlet name.

This will open up a menu where you can select which outlets you'd like to apply the permission settings to.
